Late/Tardy Policy
If you are going to be late for your appointment, immediate contact is needed. If you are 15 minutes or more late you will be required to reschedule your appointment. The 1st time your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled for another day. The 2nd time your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled for another day and you will be required to pay a $25 deposit to secure the next appointment which will be applied to your services. If done repeatedly you will be required to pay a deposit upon the scheduling of all future appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No call/No shows
If you have an appointment scheduled and you do not call to cancel and do not show up you will be required to pay a $25 deposit to secure your next appointment. 2 no call/ no show you will be required to pay a 50% deposit in order to secure ALL appointments until further notice. Cancellations under 24 hours will be considered a no-show and a $25 deposit will be required to book the next appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
At La Belle Vie Hair Studio, we feel that in order to be efficient, we have to be courteous of each other’s time and to other clients. Your appointments are reserved for you and only you. These policies will allow us to provide the best services possible by ensuring that all of our clients have a first class salon experience.
