Late Arrival Policy

Immediate Notification Required

If you are running late for your appointment, please call the salon immediately. Text messages will not be accepted for late notifications.

15 Minutes Late or More

First Occurrence: Your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled for another day.

Second Occurrence: Your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your next appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service.

Repeated Occurrences: A deposit will be required for all future appointments. No exceptions.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

First Occurrence: A 50% deposit will be required to schedule your next appointment.

Second Occurrence: A 50% deposit will be required for all future appointments until further notice.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours: These are considered no-shows, and a 50% deposit will be required to book your next appointment. No exceptions.

Guest & Children Policy

To preserve the peaceful, relaxing environment of La Belle Vie Hair Studio and to ensure safety and focus during services, we kindly ask that no additional guests or children accompany you to your appointment, unless they are being serviced.

This includes:

Friends

Family members

Children who are not receiving a service.

We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to provide an elevated, distraction-free experience for every client.

Walk-In Policy

We welcome walk-ins on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, based on availability.

To ensure the best experience, we strongly recommend calling ahead to confirm open appointment times.

Appointment Booking Recommendations

We highly encourage booking your next appointment before leaving the salon, as availability can be limited and services often book weeks in advance.
